Ladies and Gentleman, today it was announced that the famed flop Carrie the musical is having an exploratory workshop in mid-November. This musical has been known as the gold standard for musical flops unfortunately. In my wildest dreams, I had always thought that Carrie would have a revival through Encores somewhere down the road. Now that there are producers willing to give it a second life, I'm happy to hear that over 20 years later, the writers are going to be able to take another stab at this musical.
